The project is located in the core area of Dezhou City, with a total area of over 100,000 square meters and six floors in total. It is adjacent to the university town and surrounded by the Cha River and the Ancient Canal to the east and west, giving it a unique geographical advantage.
The design concept aims to recreate the prosperous scenes of ancient river and alley markets from a thousand years ago. Elements like rivers, alleys, and boats run through the entire space design. Every step offers a new view, making visitors feel as if they are wandering underwater and glimpsing this illusory realm of prosperity.
