Situated at the heart of the Xiong’an startup district, adjacent to the Xiong’an Urban Computing Center—dubbed the "Eye of Xiong’an"—the Xiong’an Business Service Center is the city's first iconic urban complex integrating multiple functions, including commerce, offices, hospitality, exhibitions, and residential spaces. Within this emblematic ecosystem, XLOOP positions itself as Xiong’an New Area’s premier innovation-driven social experience center. Infused with local cultural and humanistic characteristics, XLOOP distinguishes itself through art-centric commerce, catering to young, dynamic demographics and quality-focused families. It creates a harmonious urban sanctuary that offers high-quality social lifestyles and vibrant community interactions, all while embodying the elegance of Eastern romantic aesthetics and sharing the refined artistry of the world.

XLOOP’s commercial loop reimagines a “borderless infinite realm”, centered around a lake and linking 12 architectural clusters above ground. Seventeen sunken plazas, serving as entry points, unify the sprawling spaces with a single design language that blends large-scale environments, ecological landscapes, diverse functionalities, and scattered zones into a tranquil and organic realm. This progression of spatial scenarios redefines the connection between people and commerce, enriching spatial layers and enhancing the visitor’s journey.

To meet the diverse needs of visitors, an open and inclusive “Urban Living Room” has been created around the central lakeside. Here, people can stroll along the lakeside corridors, browse lively markets, and enjoy leisurely and relaxing moments with friends and family.

The spacious design of the loop corridor allows for seamless transitions between areas, encompassing dining, retail, technology, art, entertainment, and interactive experiences. On both sides of the exhibition hall “Timeless Art Space” are two distinct corridors. One side features「The Garden of Light」, exploring the harmonious coexistence of humanity and nature. Using the 24 Chinese solar terms, it creates a seasonal cycle of spring, summer, autumn, and winter.

Here in the underground loop, visitors experience the transitions of nature through a relaxing stroll. The other side presents 「The World of Tomorrow」, which delves into the relationship between humanity and the universe with a futuristic microcosm where technology and artistry converge. Suspended UFO installations and a cosmic atmosphere inspire imagination about the future.

To align the entire loop corridor with Tang-style architecture and pay tribute to Eastern romantic aesthetics, 「Tang-Inspired Gathering」 integrates Tang dynasty style installations with modern techniques.
